In mid-2023, our founder Grace was retrenched as Creative Director. Instead of staying quiet about it, she did the opposite — she said yes when CNA's Talking Point invited her to speak on their Behind The Layoff episode, becoming the only retrenched guest willing to show her face on national TV. What others saw as a mark of shame, she saw as a launchpad.
That episode aired. Content Hearts launched. After 12 years inside two of Singapore's biggest ad agencies, Grace had seen exactly what the big agency model gets wrong — and built something different. Brand-led thinking, with the speed and authenticity that social actually demands.
